Why do we have to apply for a space?
We believe that is our duty to ensure that Trinity Mentorship is absolutely right for you and the stage your Business is at. The only way we can do this is by us having an informal conversation.
We did not want to be the Mentors who encourage members to join without fully understanding their business.
It's what makes us different.
Is there a discount if I pay in full for a year?
We do not offer discounts for annual Mentorship due to the nature of the way we operate the business.
We recognise that you cannot have your foot to the floor for 12 months of the year. Trinity Mentorship is designed to work with the ebb and flow of your business.
Can I choose which mentor I work with
As part of your chemistry call we will ascertain where you are and who best suits you need at the time. If you have an idea who you'd like to work with please do bring this to the conversation.
As mentors we have no egos and if you have worked with one of us for a couple of months and you then feel you need to work with someone different we will happily pass you across as soon as availability allows.
You will always be allocated a lead mentor in Shakers even if you move between all three of us.
How long is the commitment for?
Whichever level you come into Trinity Mentorship at we do ask for a three month commitment.
After that time you can apply to move up or down the levels or leave the Mentorship.
If I am a Mover how do I become a Shaker?
You can apply to become a Shaker at any time if there is a space available.
Once Shakers are full we will operate a one in one out policy which means in some cases you may have to go on the wait list.
If you leave Shakers and want to come back in at a later date you can apply by email and one of us will contact you to discuss your request.
How often can I swap my mentorship level?
Subject to availability in each group you can change your Mentorship every 3 months.
We will always allow movement within the mentorship levels prior to inviting new mentees.
What happens if I need urgent support?
